Can you build a house on a rural property?
It depends on the municipality’s planning and the plot. Don’t assume it’s possible: request a planning report from the town hall or an architect before buying.
What does it mean that a property has water?
It may have irrigation rights from a water users' community, a legalised well or only a connection to drinking water. These are different things, with different costs and guarantees. In each listing we tell you which is the case.
