What data we process and why

• Valuation, contact and alert forms: to respond to your request, value your property or register a search for manual monitoring. Automatic alerts are not currently sent.
• Clients: to manage the sales, purchase or rental mandate and fulfil legal obligations, including the anti-money laundering regulations.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and, when you are a client, the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.

Condition

For the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the legal retention periods. The retention period for requests without a contract is pending definition [PLAZO]. The test version does not have automatic deletion; the approved procedure must be implemented before receiving real data.

Recipients

Storage of requests
